Wildwood, Follow The Crows Art Trail & Event Series

An art trail benefiting OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital
Launching August 7, 2026, Wildwood: Follow the Crows is a new public art trail presented by LAIKA, in partnership with OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital, Wild in Art, the Portland Metro Chamber, Downtown Portland Clean & Safe, and supported by the Visit Downtown Campaign.
The trail will feature one-of-a-kind sculptures, hand-painted by local artists, and is sponsored by generous donors from the Portland-metro community. All the sculptures will be auctioned off once the art trail closes in fall of 2026, and the proceeds will support OHSU Doernbecher Children’s Hospital.
LAIKA’s movie Wildwood opens in theaters nationwide on October 23. See the story that inspired the Trail come to life on the big screen.

Get To-Gather Farm
SEPT 12 - Pumpkin Patch Opens*
Fall comes alive at Get To-Gather Farm! Pick the perfect pumpkin, climb the hay bale pyramid, wind your way through the kids maze, visit the farm animals, take a hayride and explore the Spooky Forest. Come during the day for plenty of family-friendly fall fun, or wait until the sun goes down, when the pumpkin patch and hayrides take a haunted turn. Whether you like your fall festivities traditional or a little spooky, there’s plenty to discover around the farm.
*Pumpkin Patch will open this date if pumpkins are ripe
Drag Me Outside! Cemetery Hikes
Every other Wednesday through November, beginning Sept 23
Join us in exploring some of Portland’s drop dead gorgeous cemeteries!
These hikes will focus on our favorite nocturnal baddies including: bats, owls, raccoons, and of course cemetery ecology!
Sign ups will follow the same style of our bi-weekly hikes with locations being shared via our email list and are to be held every other Wednesday from 6pm-8pm
Haunted Corn Maze - Bella Organic
No admission to enter the farm and bonfires- but just pay for the activities you would like to do! This year on OCTOBER 30th will be the 2nd year in a row that we offer a costume party during the haunted maze hours! The haunted corn maze, regular corn maze, music, bonfires, drinks, food, pumpkins, the store, will all be open and a great party atmosphere! We will be choosing from the crowd for best costume winners and we would love to see everyone come out in costume. Note- you CAN wear your costume into the haunted corn maze on Halloween night The prizes will include a grand prize best overall costume announced in our courtyard and we will have a couple specialty category prizes. Stick around from 6pm to 10pm for the fun! Our staff will also be in costume!
Haunted Corn Maze
Get lost in acres of corn, in the dark, on Saturday, September 26 and every Friday and Saturday nights in October! Terrifying creatures stalk you as you make your way through our Haunted Corn Maze! There will be dark ghouls and goblins, zombies and you will be chased by crazed farmers with a chainsaw. Enter the room of dolls and don’t let her find you. If you make it to the butcher shop… don’t get stuck in the fridge!

FROM CONCEPT TO CHARACTER
Enter the world of Beautifully Haunting for an intimate live exploration of creativity, makeup and transformation.
Watch as makeup artist and creative director Melissa Shiffer takes a character from inspiration to final creation—sharing the creative process behind building a visual world, from the images that spark an idea to the choices that bring a character to life.
Through a live makeup demonstration on a model, Melissa will explore visual libraries, anatomy and facial structure, shading, color, texture and the process of translating inspiration into something entirely your own.
But the makeup is only part of the story.
See how makeup, hair, wardrobe, styling and photography come together to transform an idea into a fully realized character—and watch the finished creation step from the makeup chair into an editorial photo shoot.
STUDY No. 001 — THE ANATOMY OF HER
Our first study explores the tension between beauty and the macabre through Renaissance anatomy, religious iconography, sacred hearts, veils, painted masks and editorial fashion.

Haunted Dolls - A Creepy Doll Upcycle Night
Come get creative and upcycle a cute porcelain doll into your very own creepy creation! All supplies, including your doll, paints, brushes, and creepy making materials are provided. When you arrive order some food and drinks from SteepleJack on Broadway, then we’ll get crafting! No experience necessary - just bring your creativity.
Night of the Occult
Friday October 23rd from 4 PM to 9 PM at OUR PDX BREWPUB.
This all-ages event features a DIY spell jar bar, free tarot readings, vendors, food, drinks, and a gift card raffle. Attendees are invited to enjoy a goth night, and dark costumes are encouraged.
Death at Dusk : When the Shadows Fall, the Stories Begin
Experience Halloween with a guided walking tour through Lone Fir Pioneer Cemetery at dusk. Explore the stories of Portland’s founders, pioneers, and both its famous and infamous residents while enjoying the unique beauty and tranquility of the cemetery as daylight begins to fade.
Tours begin promptly on the hour, so please arrive early to allow time for check-in. Due to tour capacity, guests must attend the tour time listed on their ticket. No walk-up ticket sales will be available.
Tours last approximately one hour, with start times beginning at 3:00 p.m. Our final tour concludes at 6:00 p.m., around sunset on Halloween October 31st, offering a memorable experience during one of the most atmospheric times of day.
This tour is appropriate for all ages. Public restrooms will be available on site.
Parking: Street parking only. Parking is not available inside the cemetery.

Please note: Death at Dusk is a guided historical walking tour led by knowledgeable guides. This tour does not feature actors or theatrical performances, allowing the history and stories of Lone Fir Cemetery to take center stage.
Dark Market
Something strange and beautiful is coming to Portland. The Dark Market returns to the historic Lincoln Memorial Cemetery Mausoleum. More than 50 local artists, makers, and food vendors will fill one of Portland’s most historic landmarks for a free two-day event celebrating history, curiosity, and community.
Halloween Swamp Meet
Local artists and vendors will have all kinds of unique items from horror masks to voodoo bags to jewelry to one of a kind artwork. Tarot readers, face painting, and a costume contest will help celebrate the best time of the year…Halloween! Swamp Meet is family friendly.
